Smokin’ in the Pines Barbeque Competition and Festival
We’re passing the plate at Smokin’ in the Pines, a cooking competition and community festival to benefit First Tee - Sandhills. What’s Cookin’?
25 professional teams from across the region gather to compete in four divisions: chicken, pork, ribs and brisket with the Kansas City Barbeque Society judges determining winners for the days grand prize. While competition is brewing, the public will have access to live music, local vendors, bbq concessions and entertainment - followed by the opportunity to participate in judging the People's Choice pulled pork division, for a small donation.
